The satisfaction of our customers is paramount at Shimmer & Stone, and although we are an internet based jewelry retailer, we strive to deliver a personalized and flexible service to ensure our customers’ satisfaction.
We extend 30-day returns on all our jewelry unless an item has been engraved or personalized by request at the time of placing an order. We guarantee our customers that the engraving on their order will be as per their request, and if any errors have been made by our engraving department a new jewelry order will be engraved and sent out to them at no additional charge along with free return shipping for the incorrectly engraved item of jewelry.
We understand that deciding on certain aspects of a jewelry purchase such as selecting a chain length or a ring size can be a difficult. To assure that our customers peace of mind in their shopping experience with Shimmer & Stone, we allow our customer’s 30-days to exchange their jewelry for a size that meets their satisfaction. Although engraved jewelry cannot be returned, chains of engraved pendants or tags can be exchanged for a shorter or longer size based on availability. Rings that have been engraved do pose a bit of a problem, which is why we recommend that a customer purchase their ring of choice, try it on, and send it back to us for engraving should the size be to their liking. The item will be shipped back to them at no cost once engraved.
Shimmer & Stone also offers our customers Free Ground Shipping via UPS and the USPS on every order. Should a customer require faster shipping options Shimmer & Stone also offer a range of express shipping options at affordable rates again via UPS and USPS. Every order shipped may be tracked online in real time.
